Louisina Louidor

Founder/President

Born and raised in a small village named Accul-basse-terre, she decided to pursue her dream of working in the medical field and has always cared about people and wanted to help them. In 1994 she moved from the small village in Haiti to the United States, Washington State to be exact, because of the terrible political situation in Haiti at the time, but currently resides in Waltham, Massachusetts. Louisina studied for 4 years in nursing with a BA from the Institute of Verlaine Jacques in Gonaives, Haiti and now currently works as a medical assistant at Harvard Vangaurd here in the U.S. and has worked in the patient care industry for over 30 years. Hope For A Brighter Day was created because since 1804 there has been no medical facilities or healthcare systems in place in Accul-basse-terre. Louisina’s mission is to make the village of Accul-basse-terre a better place to live and eventually a paradise for everyone, giving hope for a brighter day to those who need it most.
